IQD FREQUENCY LHAT series high-temperature clock oscillator is housed in a 7x5mm dual hermetically sealed ceramic package with gold plated kovar leads attached using a robust eutectic brazing process. Devices are capable of operating at temperatures from +25 to +200C. Product’s are available with a frequency range of 320kHz to 50MHz, a frequency stability of ±100ppm over +25 to +150 degrees C, and also ±175ppm over +25 to +200C for applications which need a higher temperature range. Operating at 3.3V this CMOS output clock oscillator can withstand a shock of 30,000g, 0.3ms. ½ sine and a vibration of 20g, 10-2,000Hz swept sine as per MIL-STD-202G Method 204D condition D.
